2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten well
3/4 c. melted butter
Dash oregano
1/4 c. chopped onion

Defrost and drain spinach very well. Mix all ingredients and chill for about 10 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 36 to 40 balls. These balls may be frozen on a cookie sheet and then bagged for later use. Do this before cooking and follow same baking directions but add about 3 to 4 minutes for each batch.
