MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. meal
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
1 tsp. red ground pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
