MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 to 2 c. cornmeal
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. bacon grease or cooking oil
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1 can chopped green chilies

Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees until done.
