5 lg. chicken breasts
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced thin
1 can cut green beans

Boil chicken until done; debone and cut into small pieces. Cook rice by package directions. Drain all ingredients, and layer with remaining ingredients in casserole dish. Bake, covered with foil, about 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add topping.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and sprinkle over casserole. Bake about 10 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
