CHICKEN SPECTACULAR CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
1 (6.25 oz.) pkg. combination wild & white rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar sliced pimiento, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated medium cheddar cheese
Lemon juice

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 1/2 or 3 quart greased casserole. Squeeze juice of lemon over top. Cover top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot. Serves 8 to 10. To freeze, do not bake prior to freezing and do not cover with cheese. Allow to thaw, cover with cheese and bake until hot.
