YOGURT DIP 
1 med. tomato, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. minced scallions
2 c. unflavored yogurt
Minced chives

Marinate tomato in lemon juice for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients, except chives. Mix lightly. Garnish top with chives. Makes 3 cups.
