MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can chili "no beans"
1 (12-15 oz.) jar salsa (to taste, mild, med. or hot)

Cube cheese into one inch pieces. Mix chili, salsa, cheese in a microwave safe bowl for 5 minutes. Stir until blended. Continue to microwave 1 minute at a time until all cheese is melted. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
