BLENDER BANANA BREAD 
2 1/2 to 3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Puree bananas to equal 1 cup. Add eggs, butter, sugar, lemon juice, milk, salt, and nuts, if desired. Blend until smooth.

In bowl, measure flour, baking powder, and soda. Pour blender mixture over dry ingredients and blend with spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in greased loaf pan. (I use my food processor, works great!
