BANANA SOUR CREAM BREAD 
3 extra ripe bananas, peeled
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 c. raisins

Puree bananas in blender (1 1/2 cups) cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, sour cream, lemon peel and bananas. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in raisins. Beat banana mixture.
