BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 stick soft butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries mixed with 2 tbsp. flour

Blend together the butter and sugar. Gradually beaten in the 3 eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in fresh blueberries.

Pour into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Add topping if desired.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. chopped walnuts mixed with
Sugar and cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
