FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
1 med. size can fruit cocktail 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. self-rising flour Bake in 13 x 9 inch oblong pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. ICING: 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 sm. can Pet milk 1 stick butter (mix & boil 2 minutes) 1 can Angel Flake coconut 1 c. nuts Beat smooth and spread on cake. Put under broiler for 1 minute or until brown. |
