PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. pancake syrup
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
9" pie shell

Cream butter to soften. Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add syrup and salt; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Stir in pecans. Pour in unbaked pastry shell. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool.
