BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. (9 oz. each) frozen cut green beans, cooked according to package directions and drained
2 pkgs. (9 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears, cooked according to package directions and drained
1 can (11 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8x12 baking dish. Place green beans and broccoli in baking dish. In large bowl, combine soup, milk and mayonnaise. Pour over vegetables. Top with the cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes. Ten servings. About 195 calories per serving.
