LAYERED GREEN SALAD 
In a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, layer in following order:

1. Layer of shredded lettuce or spinach.

2. Layer of 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped.

3. Layer of 8 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled) (or chopped ham).

4. Another layer shredded lettuce or spinach.

5. Layer of 1 package frozen peas

6. Chopped onion (to taste)

Cover with dressing of: 1/4 c. sour cream

Top with 4 ounce package shredded cheddar cheese and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Note: Good for junior cooks; even little ones love to help with this one.
