LAYERED GREEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken into pieces
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped green and red pepper
1 onion, cut into pieces or rings
Layer of cut broccoli
2 c. peas, thawed and drained

Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. Spread like cake icing over greens. 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Top with layer of grated sharp Cheddar cheese. Cover with Saran wrap, refrigerate overnight before serving.
