ARLENE'S RED DRAGON, WHEN YOU'RE
IN A HURRY, CAKE
 
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
Light brown sugar
9-inch bundt pan, oiled with butter

Cover bottom of Bundt pan with brown sugar, about 1/2 inch deep. Evenly distribute cherries around the bottom of the pan. Put aside.

Mix cake as per instructions on box. Pour batter into Bundt pan on top of cherries and brown sugar. Bake at 325 degrees until done.

Allow cake to cool for at least 1/2 hour before turning onto cake plate. This is a beautiful cherry upside down cake.
