CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
1 med. head cauliflower 5 green onions, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 1/4 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 1/3 c. commercial Italian salad dressing 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Separate cauliflower into flowerets; cut into bite-size pieces. Combine cauliflower, green pepper, green onions, celery and olives in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over vegetables. Toss gently; cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Yield: 8 servings. |
