KANSAS HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (make into patties)
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can tomato sauce
1 can whole corn, drained
6 med. sliced potatoes
1/2 c. water

Place uncooked sliced potatoes into a deep casserole dish, salt and pepper. Pour corn over potatoes, salt and pepper. Place sliced onions on top of corn. Place hamburger patties on top of onions, pour tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water over entire mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 5-6.
