HEARTY BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. (1/2 of 30 oz. bag) frozen potato rounds
1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions
1 chopped tomato (optional)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Put frozen potato rounds in pan and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 10 minute. Combine rest of ingredients put over potatoes and bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
