STRATA 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sausage meat
8 eggs
1 sm. container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 1/3 c. milk

Fry sausage meat; drain. Crumble; set aside. Lightly grease 2 quart baking dish (12 x 8 x 2 inch); sprinkle bread crumbs on top of that. Sprinkle sausage. Mix all other ingredients and pour over sausage and bread. Let sit for 1/2 hour, then bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Can substitute ham, crab meat, or lobster for sausage.
