SQUASH PIE 
1 pt. boiled dry squash
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. molasses
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. each ginger and cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. milk

Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake as custard pie in unbaked pie shell at about 325 degrees.
