PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 lb. Colonial Light Golden Brown Sugar 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 lb. Colonial Confectioners' Sugar In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil; boil and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. Spread into buttered 9 inch square baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 3 1/3 pounds. |
