RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/3 oz. bottle red color
2 1/2 c. cake flour

Mix soda and vinegar in cup; set aside. Mix awhile bottle red food coloring and cocoa together; set aside. Mix the other ingredients together, then add soda, vinegar, cocoa, and red coloring. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 bottle red coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Spread on cooled cake.
