CORN BREAD SALAD 
1 box Jiffy corn bread
2 c. cubed fresh tomatoes
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish juice

Bake corn bread according to box directions. Cut into cubes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and serve cold. We use as a main dish.
