1 box jalapeno corn bread mix, cook as directed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
1 pt. mayonnaise (may need more)
2 or 3 chopped tomatoes

Crumble corn bread and mix together with rest of ingredients.
