FINGERKLATECHEN 
2/3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Red currant jelly
Green mint jelly
Confectioners' sugar

Cream butter and sugar well. Add egg yolks and beat until light. Add flavoring and salt and flour. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and put on cookie sheets. Press finger into center of each to make a small well.

Bake 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and press wells again lightly with finger. Cool. Fill centers with jellies. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
