CHICKEN PASTA 
2 cans chicken breast
1 box pasta
French dressing
Mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
sweetener, honey or sugar

Drain chicken. Cook pasta. Mix in veggies of choice. Mix dressing with mayo add milk and salt and pepper, and a little sweetener (like Splenda), sugar or honey to your taste.
