SUSIE'S FAMOUS STUFFING 
3 Boxes corn bread Stove Top Stuffing
1 box traditional sage Stove Top Stuffing
1 box herb Stove Top Stuffing
2 lbs ground sage pork sausage
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 lg white onions, minced
4 stalks celery, minced
6 cups chicken broth
2 Eggs

Brown Sausage. Crumble and set aside. Leave drippings. Brown onion and celery.

In a large bowl, mix sausage, onion, garlic, celery and eggs.

In a large bowl mix the 5 box of stuffing together. Heat chicken broth and poor over breading.

Mix breading into meat mixture. Spread in a baking pan.

Bake 350°F for 40 minutes.

Suggestions: Include carrots and top stuffing with 2 cups mozzarella cheese.

Serves 25-30.
