MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter-2 sticks
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
Vanilla
1 jar marshmallow cream (9 oz.)

Melt butter, mix in other ingredients except marshmallow cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. While still hot spread marshmallow cream over top. Let cool completely before icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. canned milk

Mix all ingredients and beat. Spread over marshmallow cream when cake is cool.
