CHICKEN ROQUEFORT 
1 fryer, cut up, or 6 chicken breasts (skinned)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
4 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 pt. sour cream

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in oil and place in casserole. Mix in the skillet in which you have browned the chicken, the cheese, garlic and sour cream. Heat and pour over chicken. Cook in covered dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
