CHEF'S ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
6 to 8 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 chopped up clove of garlic
1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. sour cream

Crumble cheese in a bowl and add mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and buttermilk. Fold in one cup sour cream. This will keep in refrigerator 3 weeks.
