MICROWAVE FUDGE 
2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners' sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

In a large mixing bowl, blend sugar and cocoa with wire whip or pastry blender until well blended. Cut up butter over dry mixture and pour in milk - DO NOT MIX. Cover bowl with wax paper and microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until butter starts to melt and is completely soft. Add vanilla and nuts and stir until well mixed. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Chill one hour and cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
