CORN MEAL PIE 
2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. corn meal
1 stick butter
1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into a unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, meal and softened butter. Pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
