STRAWBERRY WINE SALAD MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. Rose wine
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine, strawberries and pineapple. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Spoon 1/3 of mixture into lightly oiled 6 cup mold. Chill until partially set. Spread sour cream evenly over gelatin. Add remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until firm. Unmold.
