1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. red wine
6 strawberries as garnishes

Blend strawberries until uniform. Transfer to bowl if necessary before adding next four ingredients; blend. Serve cold with strawberry sliced into fan shape. Serves 6.
