HERB PUNCH WITH STRAWBERRIES AND
WINE
 
1 gallon white wine
1/2 c. each of lemon balm and sage
1 c. mint
1/4 c. rosemary
1/2 c. rose geranium leaves
2 qts. strawberries
1/2 c. honey
1 bottle champagne

Place wine and herbs in a crock. Allow to set at room temperature overnight. Chill berries. Add berries and honey and bottle of champagne. Chill until very cold. Serve in small punch cups with flowers of the season floating on top.
