SPINACH SALAD A LA DIJON | |
1/4 lb. fresh spinach 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. red wine vinegar 1 tsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Croutons Wash, dry and tear up spinach. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Stir in red wine vinegar and olive oil to thin the mixture; add garlic powder. Pour dressing over the spinach and mushrooms and toss. Top with croutons. Serve 2. |
