1 (2 oz.) jar instant coffee granules
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in electric blender, process 15 seconds or until blended. Store in airtight container. Yields 2 cups. 2 teaspoons mix to 1 cup hot water.
