SPICED CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. chopped raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

CAKE:

3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. orange extract
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sour cream

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/4 c. hot milk

Mix filling ingredients. Beat together butter, sugar and orange extract until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Beat 1 minute at high speed. Add flour alternately with sour cream. Pour one fourth of batter into greased 10 inch bundt pan. Sprinkle on one third of filling. Repeat making three more layers ending with batter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Blend glaze ingredients until smooth. Cool cake in pan 5 minutes. Turn onto platter. Pour glaze over cooled cake.
