FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 stick butter
2 c. cream
1 c. grated Romano cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. In a wide frying pan, melt butter until lightly browned. Add cream and bring to a boil. Boil rapidly 1-2 minutes. Add nutmeg and remove from heat. Add noodles to the sauce, then stir in the grated cheeses, blending thoroughly. Serve at once. (If allowed to set, the cream will soak in to the noodles and the butter will separate.) Salt and pepper to taste.
