NO FAIL PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. white syrup
2 1/2 c. raw peanuts
4 tsp. baking soda

Cook sugar, water and syrup until sugar dissolves. Then add peanuts. Cook to 300 degrees (will look like it's about to burn; cook at a fairly hot temperature). Stir in baking soda (will start foaming). Spread out on 2 buttered cookie sheets.
