4 c. sugar
4-5 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
Marshmallow fluff (optional)
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cocoa; add 2/3 of the milk. Bring to a boil, add remaining milk and pinch of salt. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cool water. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well! Spread onto cookie sheet(s) and let cool, cut into 1 inch squares.
