SALMON PATTIES 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley

Mix together lightly the above ingredients. Form into patties. In a lightly greased skillet, fry patties until golden brown. 4 servings (8 patties).
