RED BEANS AND RICE 
1 lb. red beans
1 lg. onion
1 bell pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. chopped ham
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Soak beans overnight. Place in crock pot with all ingredients. Let it cook all day while you do something else. Serve over rice. Also may use smoked sausage instead of ham.
