SUGARLESS BANANA DATE BARS 
1/2 c. oil
2 c. oats
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
2 ripe bananas

Mash bananas. Mix dry ingredients. Add all ingredients together and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Double recipe for a 9 x 13 pan.
