IRISH POTATOES 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (1 lb. ea.) boxes confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 bag coconut flakes
cinnamon

Heat butter and cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Mix coconut flakes in stirring with spoon. Roll cookies into balls and place on cookie sheet. When cooled roll into cinnamon.
