HAYSTACKS 
1 box Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Brach's caramels
1 pkg. lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk

Freeze marshmallows for 1 1/2 hours. Melt caramels, butter and milk in double boiler. Take 1 marshmallow at a time, dip into caramel mixture. Roll in Rice Krispies. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
