BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, soften
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pike shell

Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees then decrease heat to 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
