HAMBURGER RICE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. celery, diced
1 tbsp. onion, diced
1-2 tbsp. oil or butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 c. Minute Rice

Saute pepper, celery and onion in oil until tender. Add ground beef. Cook until browned; drain fat. Add cream soup. Add water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add rice. Stir. Cover 7 minutes. Serve with green salad.
