ITALIAN CHICKEN 
8 lg. chicken breasts, skinned & deboned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned dressing, crushed
8 tbsp. olive oil
8 slices ham, thinly sliced
8 slices mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce

Roll chicken breast in crushed dressing. Brown 10 minutes in olive oil. Place chicken in 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
